Porcini mushrooms are a famous, and delicious, addition in Italian cuisine. Due to their strong nutty flavor, this is an incredibly popular gourmet mushroom.
PRODUCT MUST BE REHYDRATED AND COOKED BEFORE EATING
Before being dried, the mushrooms are carefully cleaned: however they may contain traces of dirt or other contaminants that the user will make sure to remove before cooking.
Ingredients: Boletus edulis and the relative group (aureus, pinicola, reticulatus).
