Store; in freezer. Once thawed store in fridge below 5 degrees & use within 5 days.
Preparation instructions; Defrost thoroughly & leave to prove until size has increased by 50%. Place on a well-floured board & using your fingertips, shape the ball into a disc by pressing firmly in the centre of the ball & working gently outwards. Prick the centre of the base gently with a fork. Note; GF dough is more delicate than regular dough, so handle gently.
Professional pizza oven; pre-cook the base at 380-400 degrees for 20-30 seconds. Top the pizza with ingredients and cook at 380 – 400 degrees for approx. 2 mins.
Domestic oven; top the pizza base with ingredients & place in the oven at 250 degrees (or highest temp possible) for 4-5 mins.
