11 Minutes Rose 75cl

The name 11 MINUTES refers to the duration of the skin contact during the pressing of grapes: the full load of grapes is very softly pressed. In this optimal length of time, we extract the most noble qualities of the grapes and obtain the slightly rosy shade that characterizes this wine. Once the precious must is created, it is cooled and transferred to a steel tank where it remains for about 11 hours, allowing the more solid parts to decant.

11 Minutes Rosé consists of a blend of Corvina (50%), Trebbiano di Lugana (25%), Syrah (15%), and Carmenère (10%). The grapes have been carefully chosen to express their fullest characteristics when harvested at optimal maturity. Corvina dominates, offering floral aromas and balanced acidity, while Trebbiano adds elegance and a long finish. Syrah contributes fine fruit and spice notes, and Carmenère provides structure and stability over time.

Tasting Notes: Served chilled, this rosé reveals a bouquet of red fruits like strawberries and raspberries, balanced with a refreshing mineral finish.

Food Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as seafood salads, grilled white fish, and fresh goat cheese.
