Winemaking: The winemaking process includes traditional skin maceration, frequent pressings and controlled fermentation at about 25°C. It's then aged in stainless steel tanks which helps refine its flavours and textures.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs exceptionally well with hearty dishes such as red meats, seasoned cheeses and game. Perfect for enhancing the flavours of the meal.

Best served at 18° C to fully appreciate its qualities.
