Withering is a ancient method, known since roman times that let the grapes wither on the plant to concentrate sugars and the structure of wine. In the Venetiae, for climatic issues such as cold and humid, it has been reinterpreted: the more mature bunches are collected and to wither. 

The slow drying process leads to a higher concentration of sugars in the grape and weight loss of the bunch of about 30%.

Bright ruby red, the nose offers delicate notes of red fruits and marasca, sweet hints of vanilla and spices.
