GENERAL FAQ’S
1. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Our offices will be closed during weekends and public/bank holidays
2. All orders must be placed via our websites as we do not have the facilities to support walk in customers and you may be asked to place your order online.
3. At A Di Maria & Son we pride ourselves on providing high quality service and products to our customers. Should you have any questions, comments or complaints, please direct your correspondence to us via email at contact@adimaria.co.uk or via letter to our depot - 4 The Stampings, Blue Ribbon Park, Coventry, CV6 5RE.
ORDERING
1. Before placing an order with us, we would advise you to familiarise yourself with our FAQ's and company terms and conditions regarding delivery, products and our service.
2. At A Di Maria & Son we supply both trade and the public. We have two separate website to support both trade and the public. If you would like to apply for a trade account, please input your details into the 'Wholesale' section on the main website. A member of our team will then review your details and create you an account for our trade site if applicable.
TRANSPORT/DELIVERY
1. At A Di Maria & Son we try our best to dispatch orders in a timely fashion; we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. It is important to know when placing your order that the transport cost is for the weight of your parcel rather than the delivery method as we cannot guarantee same day dispatch or delivery.
2. Depending on your postcode/location, your delivery rate may vary. For example the majority of Highland and Islands addresses are classed as a 2 day delivery where you would be charged £16.95 a parcel - for further information on our delivery and transport costs, please visit the delivery terms and conditions.
3. As the majority of our orders are dispatched through DPD, a transport cost is required to be covered. For mainland UK, single parcel orders= £7.99 and multiparcel orders would be £5.35 a parcel - for further information on our delivery and transport costs, please visit the delivery terms and conditions.
4. Some of our products such as frozen items cannot be sent through DPD and are only available through click and collect.
CLICK & COLLECT
1. At A Di Maria & Son we offer a click and collect service from our location 4 The Stampings, Blue Ribbon Park, Coventry, CV6 5RE. Click and collects are available from Monday-Friday 9am-3pm.
REFUNDS
1. All refunds processed by us will be returned to you within 10 working days of being notified of your refund (excluding public and bank holidays) for further information on refunds, please visit our refunds policy.
