PRODUCT FROM COLD EXTRACTION OF OLIVES GROWN AND MILLED IN ITALY, SUPERIOR CATEGORY OLIVE OIL OBTAINED DIRECTLY FROM OLIVES AND SOLELY BY MECHANICAL MEANS.
The selection of Sicilian and Apulian oils creates a product with an intense fruity flavour.
Harvested by hand. Milled within 24 hours from harvest, continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge, the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally, unfiltered.
Light and persistent freshness, medium fruity taste with an almond finish.
