Each 250g ball proves to a soft, workable dough and stretches to a 10–11" base — ideal as a reliable backup for busy services or a shortcut to great pizza at home.

How to use: Defrost the frozen dough balls in a flour-free dough box or container, covered, in the fridge for about 12 hours. Once defrosted, lightly flour and either keep at room temperature and use within 12 hours, or return to the fridge and use within 2 days.

Delivery & handling: Frozen dough balls are dispatched Tuesday–Thursday. They should arrive frozen, but if they arrive semi-frozen they are still safe to re-freeze and use. Please inspect on delivery and contact us within the hour if there's any issue.
