Orvieto Amabile wine dazzles with its clear, bright golden yellow colour and a strong bouquet of wild flowers, honey and musk with a hint of bitter almonds. This wine offers a sweet, very soft yet fresh and lively balance, delivering a delightful aftertaste of ripe fruit that is a signature of its region.

Vinification: The grapes for Orvieto wine are harvested early in October, pressed gently and fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve their aromatic finesse. The fermentation is stopped early to maintain a pleasing level of sweetness, typical of Orvieto Classico wines.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, this Orvieto white wine presents a vibrant bouquet of fresh fruit and floral notes, leading to a palate that balances acidity with a hint of almonds, making it an excellent aperitif or a companion to light meals.
