Tuscan Vin Santo is made from partially dried grapes. The must ferments in small oak casks and matures for more than ten years before it is bottled.

The wine is deep amber in colour with a rich and concentrated bouquet with hints of candied red fruits and a full, balanced, complex and lingering flavour.
