Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Napoli Cut 1kg (GREAT TASTE AWARD)

I purchased 3kg of this fantastic cheese. It did not let me down, all of my guests thoroughly enjoyed it, the taste, the melt the presentation, its transformed my Pizza making to another level. I use Gozney Arc ovens....wow...I will never use any other Mozzarella....thanks so much guys

The bag went straight into the freezer and is dipped into as required. Whether it's one mini pizza, or a big pasta bake, getting the right amount of frozen mozzarella from the bag is easy. Good flavour, melts well, and very (very) convenient.

I found the Fior Di Latte Mozzarella Napoli Cut excelent .I used it for the first time on my homemade pizzas. I found I didn't need to use as much as I would with the supermarket brands. Great flavour and it doesn't have that rubbery texture. Its perfect and I will only use this from now on.

Loved this product, the way it melts on a pizza if fantastic! Froze most of it down in to small batches and quality was still exactly the same when defrosted and used again. Will buy again!

We love this cheese. It melts perfectly and is also fantastic from frozen, meaning it can last you quite a while if you buy in bulk. The flavour is also fantastic and it is great value.
