HEAT MILK AND THE CREAM TO BOILING POINT
REMOVE FROM HEAT, POUR CONTENTS OF THE BAG INTO THE HOT LIQUID USING A WHISK
POUR THE MIXTURE INTO THE MOULDS AND LEAVE IN FRIDGE (4 DEGREES) FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS, BEFORE TURNING UPSIDE DOWN ONTO A PLATE.
