Truffle Hunter slices and preserves their fresh truffles at the height of the season, to ensure maximum flavour. The truffles are shaved into 2mm thick slices and preserved in Olive Oil to extend their life to around 18 months. Garnish on just about anything, Truffe Hunter recommend trying them on scrambled eggs.
